The platform operates through licensed third-party infrastructure.
While we aim to ensure continuous service and performance, we are not responsible for service interruptions, bugs, or data loss caused by underlying infrastructure or technical dependencies
beyond our control.
5. Technical Support
Support is provided via our internal helpdesk.
For advanced technical issues, we may escalate internally to infrastructure partners.
Response and resolution times may vary, especially in cases that require third-party involvement.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, design, branding, content, and platform features are the exclusive property of SparkMore.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform only during the validity of their subscription.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.All payments are non-refundable.We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice.Non-payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
8. Data & Privacy
Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of your data, but you grant us a license to use it for operational, analytical, and support-related purposes.We are not liable for data loss due to external integrations, infrastructure issues, or user error.
We strive to maintain a high level of uptime and service continuity.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for service outages due to maintenance, technical errors, or external provider issues.
The SparkMore Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or results.
We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational damage.
In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, especially in cases of non-compliance with these Terms.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of
